For the price, this place is awesome We only stayed here one night (as I imagine most people do), before catching a flight in the morning The staff were friendly and efficient, our free shuttle to the airport in the morning was well organised. The rooms are about the size you’d expect for the price, but were kept spotless and the beds were comfy, so was everything we needed. Despite how close to the airport and to a busy road this hotel is, the property was remarkably quiet. Given the airport shuttle is free I’d highly recommend doing it, the airport is very close but it’s nice being dropped off at exactly the right terminal for your journey, and to not have to walk along the road. The pool is nice and peaceful before/after a long plane ride, and probably something that not a lot of airport hotels would have. There’s multiple Thai restaurants around the area - try Mr Lee’s down the road, where we had amazing Thai curries.

Clean room with garden view, every day room service, hot watter in the shower, swimming pool with free seats and towels. Hotel can arrange laundry for you. You can rent a motorbike at the next hotel. We had double room for two adults and kid and they brought us free pillow and watter for the kid too. They have also free airport shuttle and offer nice breakfast. You can rent a bike for free.

The staff was very helpful and the pool area was clean and pretty. They had bicycles for us to borrow and the coffee was delicious. They also provided a shuttle service for us to get to the airport. It was a 5 minute ride. There were also two good restaurants right next door to the hotel. The Italian palce had very good pizza. Which I was craving after a week of Pad Thai and curry dishes.

The staff are very kind. We spent the first night of our trip in Thailand, and did not understand how to use the facilities. When I ask them questions, they kindly answer them. Some of the staff can understand English quite well. We arrived to the airport about 8pm, and they picked us at the airport after I call them. It takes only less than 5 minutes, and the shuttle was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast there. The price was reasonable, and it tastes really nice. It takes only a couple of minutes to walk to a convenience store, where we could buy what we need for the rest of our trip such as a mosquito repellent. If you want to stay near the airport, this hotel is one of the best candidates, I am sure!

Their airport shuttle service was amazing. First of all, the location of this property is quite close to the airport. When you arrive at the exit, simply call the front desk. They prepare your Name Tag attaching to the windows of the shuttle, so you will not miss it. For my case, the shuttle bus came soon after I called the front desk. The check-in process was smooth. The staffs were friendly and warm. I highly recommend this hotel if you fly in at night or fly out in the morning.

Very welcoming staff!!! During the night our neighbours were loud, the night staff of the hotel assisted us and the problem was solved. Beds were more comfy than in a former 4,5 star hotel. So we went for dinner to the Heng-heng-heng restaurant, very close. What an amazing food, location is noisy due to the traffic but do concentrate about the food and the prices are also good, better than the neighbouring restaurants of the hotel. Will come again when travelling to this area.

Stayed 2 nights upon arrival in Phuket. We could not fault this place, it was so great! Firstly, the convenience to the airport - driver arrived within 10 mins of phone call, helpful with luggage and took less than 5 mins to arrive at the hotel. Hotel grounds very well maintained. All staff very welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to help. Room was clean and comfortable, good size for family of 4. Pool was perfect size to cool off. 7 eleven close by and a few restaurants walking distance. Beach about a 5 min drive, hotel staff took us down. Nice beach with lovely beach side restaurants - must do. We are booking to stay before we leave this trip!

We only stayed for the 1 night as it was ideally located for the return flight from a break seeing old friends. The welcome was great, the room was very tidy and although we faced straight out to the small swimming pool it was nice and quite and the bar was literally 10 steps away. lol The hotel even transferred us to the airport at 6am. All round great service. Thank you.

Clean premises, lovely clean modern pool, friendly helpful staff, right next to airport terminal, complimentary shuttle to and from airport. Nice breakfast. Good Thai and Italian restaurants next door.

My family and I stayed here for one night after arriving in Phuket before making our way into the more central area of the island the next day. Communication with the staff was top notch - we got in touch with them once we are ready to leave the airport and withing 10 minutes, the transfer shuttle arrived and it was a short drive to the property. It's a really quaint small property with few rooms that is very well-cared for and run.
